Orlando Bloom Discusses How He Gets Ripped for Movies
The actor's diet and exercise routine are no secret, but he's sharing them again in a new interview.
Bloom, 45, tells The Cut that he starts his day with a green juice made with spinach, kale, celery, and apple. He then has a breakfast of oatmeal with berries and nuts.
For lunch, Bloom typically has a salad with grilled chicken or fish. He snacks on fruit and nuts throughout the afternoon, and has a dinner of lean protein with vegetables.
Bloom says he works out for about an hour each day, focusing on cardio and strength training. He also does yoga and Pilates several times a week.
"It's all about balance," Bloom says. "I eat healthy, but I also allow myself to indulge in my favorite foods every now and then. And I work out hard, but I also make sure to take time for rest and relaxation."
Bloom's diet and exercise routine are clearly working for him. He's in great shape, and he's able to maintain his weight without too much effort.
If you're looking to get in shape, Bloom's advice is to find a diet and exercise routine that works for you and that you can stick to. "Don't try to do too much too soon," he says. "Start slowly and gradually increase the intensity and duration of your workouts. And don't be afraid to experiment with different foods until you find what you like."
