Amazon Raises Threshold for Free Fresh Delivery
New Policy Takes Effect February 28th
Orders Under $150 Will Now Incur Service Fees
Amazon is set to implement new service fees for its Amazon Fresh delivery service starting February 28th. The company is raising the threshold for free delivery from $35 to $150.
Orders under the new free-shipping threshold before tax will incur a $9.99 delivery fee at checkout. If you meet the minimum, free shipping is automatically added at checkout.
With the limit raised to $150, the delivery charges are currently $3.95 for orders $100-$150, $6.95 for orders $50-$100, and $9.95 for orders under $50. If you select a one-hour delivery option, a delivery fee will be charged based on the order's subtotal.
Market grocery pickup remains free for Prime members.
